1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website counssia.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

2. About counssia.com

counssia.com is the personal website of Counssia Touré, based in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada. The site presents three creative and personal identities: (a) The Unconventional Artist — covering writing, songwriting, and music production; (b) The Curse Breaker / Healer — covering starseed learning and healing work; and (c) The Chaotic Yet Pragmatic Thinker — sharing the personal healing journey through YouTube.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation; to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material; to impersonate any person or entity; or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, music, audio recordings, video content, graphic design, logos, memoir excerpts, plays, song lyrics, and the counssia.com brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Counssia Touré and is protected under the Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) and applicable international treaties including the Berne Convention. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from this Site without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for the purpose of viewing content for your own private use only.

5. Consulting Services

Consulting services offered under The Consultant branch are subject to a separate service agreement executed between counssia.com and the client prior to the commencement of any work. The terms of that agreement govern the consulting relationship. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide consulting services. All consulting engagements are confirmed only upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of any required deposit.

6. Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements offered under The Speaker branch are subject to the Oktonec Speaking Engagement Service Agreement, which is provided to and executed by the booking organization prior to the event. The terms of that agreement govern all aspects of the speaking engagement, including fees, cancellation, and delivery. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding commitment to speak at any event. All engagements are confirmed only upon execution of a signed agreement and receipt of the required deposit.

7. Music and Artistic Content

Music, recordings, and artistic content made available on or through this Site are for personal listening and viewing purposes only. All recordings are released under the Oktonec label and are subject to applicable copyright protections. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any musical or artistic content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, counssia.com and Counssia Touré shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly, Spotify, YouTube, and Linktree. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Québec.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
